If the ICE sucks too much power from your vehicle’s battery you’ll be alerted so you can start up and recharge the battery. You can also plug it into any other 12-volt 15-amp capable power source such as a Goal Zero Yeti 400 Solar Generator.
You can plug your music source into the ICE’s AUX-in jack or, better yet, connect within 30 feet with a Bluetooth wireless audio device.
As the company website says, “Looking for loud? Alpine ICE has you covered.” Two 90-watt amplifiers power a pair of 5.25-inch high dynamic range woofers, each over a 4-inch x 8-inch bass radiator. Two 1-inch high output tweeters hit the high notes.
