Hop trailer

Following in the wake left by Alvin and the Chipmunks, Universal has returned to the live-action mixed with CGI genre with the help of Despicable Me creators Illumination Entertainment, to present the live-action and CGI  Hop.

Hop is the story of E.B. (voiced by Russell Brand), the son of the Easter Bunny, and only heir to the throne. The date has come for E.B. to step up and take over the family business, but rather than take on the role he was born into, E.B. decides to head to Hollywood to try his luck as a drummer. When he gets there, he is hit by a car driven by Fred (James Marsden). E.B. fakes serious injuries and Fred takes him into his house, unaware that the bunny is an epically bad house guest.

Directed by Tim Hill (Alvin and the Chipmunks, Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties), Hop also stars the Hugh Laurie (voice), Elizabeth Perkins, Chelsea Handler and David Hasselhoff. Look for it on April 1.

Bad Boys: Ride or Die’s trailer unleashes action movie mayhem
Martin Lawrence and Will Smith in Bad Boys: Ride or Die.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence have been headlining this franchise since 1995, and the latest sequel may put the title characters through their greatest test to date. Mike Lowrey (Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Lawrence) are used to being the ones who chase down criminals, but in the first trailer for Bad Boys: Ride or Die, they're the ones on the run from their fellow cops.

Everything is possible in new Doctor Who season 14 trailer
Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor in Doctor Who.

So far, Doctor Who fans have only seen Ncuti Gatwa's 15th Doctor in a cameo appearance in the final 60th anniversary special and in a single Christmas special last year. While it's too early to say what kind of Doctor that Gatwa will be, he sure has a winning smile in the new trailer for Doctor Who season 14. The latest preview from the upcoming season is very light on story details, but off the charts in terms of the chemistry between the Doctor and his new companion, Ruby Sunday (Millie Gibson). Ruby seems a lot like the Doctor's previous companions Rose Tyler and Amy Pond. But if these clips are any indication, Ruby's going to grow into the role.
