Everything coming to Max (formerly HBO Max) in July 2024
Two women look at each other in Love LIes Bleeding.

In June, fire lit up the skies as season 2 of House of the Dragon brought more bloodshed and flying dragons to HBO and Max subscribers' TV sets around the globe. It's tough to top that, but the network/streamer is set to do just that in July with a stacked slate of originals and library titles.

From the series debuts of Kite Man: Hell Yeah! and Hard Knocks: Offseason with the New York Giants to the streaming debut of one of 2024's best movies so far, Love Lies Bleeding, HBO and Max will have plenty to offer for anyone in your household.

Nosferatu trailer shows what could be 2024’s creepiest movie
A woman stares in the dark with a shadow over her face.

You can run, but you can't hide in the teaser trailer for Nosferatu.

As many characters state, "He is coming." The "he" referenced in the trailer is Court Orlok (Bill Skarsgård), a vampire known as Nosferatu. Orlok is obsessed with Ellen Hutter (Lily-Rose Depp), who appears to be under the vampire's spell. Nicholas Hoult plays Ellen's wife, Thomas Hutter, the man trying to save her. The full view of Skarsgård's Nosferatu is not shown in the footage. However, Nosferatu lurks in the shadows, "causing untold horror in its wake."

3 underrated (HBO) Max movies you should watch this weekend (June 28-30)
A girl looks at a boy in House at the End of the Street.

June is surprisingly over, and with it, a great month for movies comes to a satisfactory close. You've probably watched Inside Out 2 or Bad Boys: Ride or Die or maybe even The Bikeriders. From blockbusters to indie fare, the theatrical movie business has been robust and healthy.

The same goes for streaming. Netflix had a big hit with Richard Linklater's Hit Man, while Amazon Prime Video recently premiered the latest bonkers season of The Boys. HBO and Max have been quieter, but their robust library speaks volumes to the streamer's high quality. The following three films are older, but are just as worth your time as new hits like House of the Dragon season 2.
The Skin I Live In (2011)
