Grand Theft Auto V screenshots

Despite being one of the most anticipated titles of the year, Grand Theft Auto 5 has received little play in the press these past few months. The reason? Developer Rockstar Games has been decidedly quiet as part of their new strategy to keep the series fresh and exciting for fans. Today, however, they tossed us a bone with a few screenshots from GTA 5

The pictures themselves don’t reveal much in the way of plot or gameplay, but when considered alongside other photos that Rockstar has released in the past, we feel that it’s safe to assume that planes will play a bigger role in the game. Previous screenshots from the game have shown us biplanes and fighter jets, and this new one features a guy skydiving  from a commercial airliner. This can’t be an accident – especially since Rockstar is running with a more methodical and planned approach to releasing information about the game.

Grand Theft Auto V is set to hit stores on September 17th, so be sure to check back for more news in the months to come.

All Rockstar video games: full list of developed and published games
Michael from Grand Theft Auto V.

It might seem like a boastful name, but Rockstar Games really are rockstars in the gaming world. The developer is responsible for arguably the most important and lucrative gaming franchise of all time with the Grand Theft Auto series. While the open-world crime series is what the studio is best known for, it has dipped its toes into a wide range of genres and styles as a publisher since its first game in 1997. While the studio's output has certainly slowed, with an over eight-year gap between Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 6, there's a backlog of over 40 games in its portfolio. That's a lot of history to digest, but it's important to understand the entire scope before we decide which games are the best.
All Rockstar games released

Originally called DMA Design, Rockstar has been developing and publishing games since 1997 and shows no sign of stopping any time soon. Not counting any remasters or rereleases, here is every game Rockstar has developed and published. We split this list based on whether a studio with Rockstar in the name developed or co-developed the game in question.

We’re also guessing there’s some renewed interest in the game because the world knows we’re getting a Grand Theft Auto VI in the somewhat-near future. If you’ve ever played a GTA game, you’ll know the going can get a little tough from time to time. This is why it’s nice to live in a world with cheat codes.

Whether you just want to have a ton of fun with unlimited health and ammunition, or you’re seriously struggling with a certain section of the game, we’ve rounded up all the cheat codes you’ll need to know for GTA V, for platforms including PS4, PS5, Xbox, and PC.
How to use GTA 5 cheats
There are a few ways to enter GTA 5 cheat codes. The first and easiest is to use your cellphone. You can open your cellphone by pressing Up on the D-pad. From there, enter the corresponding number, and the cheat will fire. You can also classically input cheats by following a specific button combination. The combinations are the same across PlayStation and Xbox, but we've split them up to account for their different button-naming conventions, so it should feel more natural reading and entering them.
