Waterfield Designs is mainly known for its colorful, fitted bags and cases for notebook computers, digital cameras, and other high-tech gear; now the company is branching out in to more general-purpose bags with its new Sling Bag, whch is designed to be a stylish, durable, machine-washable tote that can handle everything from your prized digital gear to your sweaty gym clothes.
“This bag was designed for versatility and comfort,” said Gary Waterfield, company founder, in a release. “It expands and contracts depending on the amount of gear put inside. The shoulder strap is grippy so it stays planted on my shoulder, and makes the bag feel comfortable no matter what I carry.”
The Sling Bag sports a unique metallic-looking material and is available in colors (blue, brown, silver, green, and red) and three sizes (small, medium, or large). The main compartment features five secured interior pockets to keep items separated and organized, while two tapered exterior pockets provide quick access to needed items. The Sling Bags feature a matching adjustable shoulder strap, black metal hardware, and can be outfitted with matching gear pouches which attack inside via a leashed caribiner.
The Sling Bags are priced from $99 to $139 and are available now from Waterfield Designs online store.
