Do you want vegan meals home delivered? What if they’re from Beyoncé?

Can her persuasion build a nation of vegans? That’s Beyoncé hope with her new delivery service, which brings vegan meals right to your door. Teaming with her trainer, Marco Borges, the singer just launched 22 Days Nutrition. The fitness guru doesn’t really want everyone to be vegan but to just eat healthier overall.

Based on the theory that it takes 21 days to break a bad habit, which is not entirely backed up by science, they think that by the 22nd day, a desire for nutritious meals will be engrained in you. That’s after three weeks of eating organic plants that are “non-GMO, gluten free, soy free, and dairy free.”

Meals range from $9.24 to $14.85, depending on if you order three, two, or one meal a day. A thrice-daily meal for 22 days costs about $610, plus an extra $20 for shipping. Once a week, you’ll get a delivery containing items such as almond berry breakfast loaves, southern black beans and vegetables, and fajita kidney beans. You pop them in the fridge, then heat them on the stove or in the oven or microwave over the course of the week.

Like a lot of similar meal plans, getting all this to your home takes a lot of packaging including coolers and gel packs, which 22 Days suggests you recycle or donate.

Hoping for a Beyoncé bod? The meal plan is designed to be nutritionally balanced but also to put the focus on health instead of calorie counting. Some people may lose or gain weight, while others won’t notice a difference, according to the company.

“All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can,” said Beyoncé in a press release. It’s a nice thought, but as we learned from trying to mimic her choreography, that’s not necessarily the case.
