Iron Man rumored to drive new Acura NSX in upcoming Avengers flick

With the upcoming release of Marvel’s long awaited (and hinted at over and over again) The Avengers film, comic and superhero fans just might be joined by eager gearheads looking to get a glimpse at the latest Acura NSX.

If the latest rumor – and pictures prove to be true – the mystery car being driven by Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.) on the set of the film will be the latest offering from Honda’s premiere marque.

The newest NSX will reportedly feature the same hybrid drivetrain from the 2001 Honda Dual Note concept, a 3.5 to 3.7-liter V6 and an electric hub motor in each of the front wheels. No official word yet from Honda, although they appear to be denying that the car in question is indeed a true representative of the latest NSX, so stay tuned…

On the outside, the vehicle has the same split taillights and very similar Tiger Face front. But it is quite a bit smaller. The vehicle will be available in nine finishes -- however only "Aventurine Green" and "Terracotta" are being announced right now.

White Kia EV3

Kia is on a roll. Hot on the heels of the success of the Kia EV6 and EV9, the company is already announcing what could be its cheapest electric vehicle yet -- the Kia EV3.

The Kia EV line seems to follow the rule of lower numbers indicating a lower price — and if so, the EV3 will end up being the cheapest electric car Kia has released to date. That, however, thankfully doesn’t mean that the EV3 will be a low-end car — it just means that Kia may be pushing the boundaries on electric car pricing.

But there's another small-size electric car that's currently one of the most popular vehicles out there -- the Tesla Model Y.
