Cyber Monday deal: Save up to 23% on Google Nest cameras and locks

This year’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are offering huge savings this week. There have been great deals on smart displays and smart speakers from Google. For example, you can get the Google Home Hub Max smart display for just $199, a savings of $30. In addition to the Max, you can also get the Nest Hub for $79, which is a $50 savings. Their deals don’t stop there, though. From today until December 4, you can get Nest Cams and Nest x Yale Locks at steep discounts, too. Here’s how the deals shape up and what kind of saving you can expect.

How much you save on Nest cameras depends on how many you buy, so if you have a big home, stock up. The Nest Cam Indoor 1-pack is on sale for $159, which adds up to $40 off. These cameras are meant for indoor use and have 1080p video quality with mobile alerts, night vision, and live video.

The Nest Cam Indoor 3-pack has three of the indoor cameras for $337. You save $60 off the original price with this deal.

We’ve taken a look at the savings you can get on the indoor cam, but don’t forget the outdoors. You’ll need to fend off porch pirates and keep your property safe year-round. To cover the outdoors, you can take advantage of the Nest Cam Outdoor 2 Pack sale, which will save you $70. That totals up to only $228. The Outdoor Cam is weatherproof and features a 24/7 live video day and night and a 130-degree view with 1080P HD video quality.

Nest Cams on a counter.

While many users access Google Home on their smartphone or smart display, the platform is also available via web browser. The web-based Google Home experience wasn't exactly the best way to access your smart devices, but that's rapidly changing as Google rolls out new updates to the client -- the latest of which adds a ton of new ways to access your Nest Cams.

Google began rolling out the update late last week, and most users should now have access to the improved Google Home for web experience. The big draw is access to your Nest Cam history and the option to download clips. Prior to this update, it was impossible to view recorded clips via Google Home for web, forcing you to instead jump into the official Google Home app.
