Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. for Wii U arrives on November 21, 2014, and the publisher delivered a big info dump of facts and figures in its latest Nintendo Direct. Over the course of more than a half hour, an extremely enthusiastic announcer runs through 50-plus “things you didn’t know” about the upcoming game.

Like what? Well, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U features a board game-like mode called Smash Tour that replaces the 3DS-exclusive Smash Run. There’s also a stage creator and the option of playing with up to eight different fighters in offline mode, though only on select maps. The Wii U version of the game also features more fighting arenas, and larger ones, that the 3DS does. And some of them feature bosses, like Metroid‘s Ridley, that can be made to fight for you.
At the tail end of the video, Nintendo also confirms that anyone who owns both the 3DS and Wii U versions of the game will also receive Pokemon favorite Mewtoo as an unlockable fighter in both games. Not too shabby. With less than one month to go before Super Smash Bros. for Wii U arrives, it’s good to finally have a full rundown of what sets the game apart from its handheld predecessor.
