Dave the Diver: how to catch Seahorse

The sea is full of tasty fish for you to catch and bring back to your restaurant to serve up in Dave the Diver, but some are harder to catch than others. When you hit an early quest requiring you to catch one of these tiny water-horses, you might feel stumped about how to actually snag one. As it turns out, catching one is easy after you equip yourself with the right gear. Throw on your goggles and make sure your air cans are filled as we dive into this guide on how to catch seahorses in Dave the Diver.

How to catch seahorses

You might expect the more dangerous and deadly creatures to be the most difficult to catch, and they certainly are tough, but the tiny seahorse is tricky for different reasons. The main reason being that you can't catch them at all without first getting the Bug Net.

Step 1: Once you get to Chapter 2, take the "Reticent Girl" sidequest from Maki.

Step 2: Gather the Soy Sauce, Kelp, and three White Trevally to make the White Trevally Kombu Ochazuke meal she asks for.

Step 3: Upon completing her request, you will be rewarded with the Bug Net.

Step 4: With the Bug Net, swim until you find a group of seahorses and swing your net to easily capture one. They will only appear in the shallower depths, so stay near the surface to find them.

Now that you can catch seahorses, new menu items open up, as well as the Seahorse Racing competition. If you're a gambler, you can earn plenty of easy gold this way!

Everyone who has played a Pokemon game knows that the most powerful ball is the legendary Master Ball. How to get a Master Ball
As mentioned, Master Balls were first introduced as a special event in which players could complete limited-time research tasks to earn one. After that event ended, it wouldn't be possible to get one again until months later as part of a different special event. The final opportunity occurred in November 2023, but since then there has been no way to earn a Master Ball in Pokemon GO.

As of the time of this writing, there is no ongoing event or research task in which you can earn a Master Ball. The next opportunity will be between May 14 and May 19 as part of the Catching Wonders event, which will be free for all players. As long as you start the Masterwork Research quest during this time period, you can complete it at any time and still earn a Master Ball.

Decorating and designing your dream island in Animal Crossing: New Horizions takes a lot of Bells and materials. What are Treasure Islands?
Treasure Islands are islands made by players with the specific purpose of providing easy access to tons of items in Animal Crossing: New Horizions. These can include all sorts of DIY items, money bags, seasonal and holiday items, and more. However, be warned that some Treasure Islands are created by people who have modified their game. Grabbing an item from these islands shouldn't put your account at risk as we have yet to see any reports of players being banned for visiting a hacked island, but you should still do so at your own risk.
