Mobile World Congress 2011 is nearing, and Samsung has begun to hype its new Galaxy S phone. We already saw a teaser released last month announcing Samsung would show off the new model at MWC, and now it’s giving us the briefest of brief glimpses at the device itself (check out the video below).
From what we’ve heard, it will feature a Super AMOLED Plus display (improved from the original Galaxy S), 8-megapixel camera, 1080p high-def video recording, and an HDMI port. It may also come with LTE 4G technology and a dual-core processor. We do know that it will run on Gingerbread, so those 0.4 percent operating on Android 2.3 will see a bump. Everything else is unconfirmed as of yet, but it’s fun to dream.
