You don’t have to tell your date that you won’t be breaking the bank to take him or her to both dinner and the movies. In fact, with all the money T-Mobile will help you save, you might even encourage that order of dessert or extra popcorn. Thanks to the Uncarrier’s exclusive partnership with 20th Century Fox, T-Mobile customers will soon be able to score $4 tickets to five of the most highly anticipated films of the year. It all began on Tuesday, January 23, when subscribers to the mobile service provider were given the opportunity to score cheap tickets to the opening of Maze Runner: The Death Cure. And now in February, the movie in question is Red Sparrow, starring Jennifer Lawrence.

On Monday, February 12, T-Mobile President and CEO John Legere debuted 90-second video sneak peek of the upcoming film, and on Tuesday, folks can enter to win a so-called “secret agent” VIP trip to Washington, D.C. The giveaway includes three nights in D.C. for the winner and a guest, as well as a tour of the International Spy Museum and a private tour of D.C.’s “espionage hot spots with a former CIA agent.” And next Tuesday, February 27, Un-carrier customers will be able to grab a $4 ticket to Red Sparrow and redeem it through the Atom Tickets app beginning March 2.

Throughout the rest of the year, you’ll be able to look forward to more $4 tickets to Deadpool 2, Alita: Battle Angel, and X-Men: Dark Phoenix.

These aren’t unprecedented offers for Un-carrier customers. In 2017, T-Mobile also teamed up with both 20th Century Fox and Atom Tickets to give customers discounted entry to War for the Planet of the Apes in theaters. This offer proved to be such a success among T-Mobile Tuesdays fans that the company is expanding its partnership with both the film studio and the ticket service. Indeed, T-Mobile noted, movies are the most popular deals on its giveaway app.

“In 2017, we served up over 63 million awesome freebies and deals to Un-carrier customers through T-Mobile Tuesdays,” Legere said in a statement. “Now, we are bringing this year’s biggest blockbuster movies from Twentieth Century Fox Film just to say, ‘Thank you for being a customer.’”

Updated on February 12: Added $4 ticket offer for Red Sparrow

The Nokia 3210 is the worst phone I’ve used in 2024
A person holding the Nokia 3210, showing the screen.

Where do I even start with the Nokia 3210? Not the original, which was one of the coolest phones to own back in a time when Star Wars: Episode 1 -- The Phantom Menace wasn’t even a thing, but the latest 2024 reissue that has come along to save us all from digital overload, the horror of social media, and the endless distraction that is the modern smartphone.

Except behind this facade of marketing-friendly do-goodery hides a weapon of torture, a device so foul that I’d rather sit through multiple showings of Jar Jar Binks and the gang hopelessly trying to bring back the magic of A New Hope than use it.
The Nokia 3210 really is that bad
