After long hiatus, Adele says Hello to the music world with new single

Adele has kept a pretty low profile since her smash hit, Grammy Award-winning album 21, but yesterday, the songstress reintroduced herself to the music world with a simple Hello.

That’s the title of Adele’s first single since Skyfall, the theme song to the James Bond film of the same name which debuted almost exactly three years ago. It has been closer to four years since she’s released a single from one of her own albums, but NME is reporting that the wait is finally over.

This latest single is off her new album 25, which is set to release on November 20, 2015, and you can check out the music video above. A tracklist (below) for the new record has also been released and on Monday (October 19), Adele tweeted an open letter to her fans, apologizing for the wait and detailing how she has grown/changed since we last heard from her. You can check that out here.

25 Tracklist:
Hello
Send My Love (To Your New Lover)
I Miss You
When We Were Young
Remedy
Water Under The Bridge
River Lea
Love In The Dark
Million Years Ago
All I Ask
Sweetest Devotion

Hello is the sort of cathartic ballad we’ve become used to hearing from Adele, but is no less impactful for being expected. While the song seems to be directed toward a former lover, its opening lines also work as a direct appeal to fans, and to the music world at large: “Hello, it’s me, I was wondering if after all these years you’d like to meet, to go over everything.”

Adele, along with Justin Timberlake and a handful of other artists, has the type of talent that can keep us bating our breath as we await her next project. Though the music loving public might have moved on from a lesser talent, it’s likely that this long period of radio silence has only heightened the anticipation for Hello and for 25.

How to download music from Spotify for offline listening
How to download music and podcasts from Spotify: The downloads folder.

If you're a Spotify Premium user paying that premium Spotify fee, chances are you've taken at least some time curating playlists, liking songs, and using the platform's easy-to-use (and recently revamped) user interface to discover new and old music.

But sometimes all that music or your favorite podcasts aren't available if you find yourself without an internet connection to stream them from — like on a long plane ride or weekend camping trip in the sticks. That's where Spotify's offline listening feature comes in handy, allowing you to download playlists, albums, and podcasts through its desktop and mobile apps so you can still rock out while you're off the grid.

How to switch from Spotify to Apple Music
Spotify and Apple Music transfer on a smartphone.

Spotify is the world's most popular music streaming service for a reason. It has a massive catalog of music and podcasts, is full of cool music discovery and sharing features, and is really easy to use.
However, with its recent price increase and the fact that it still hasn't joined most of its peers in offering a hi-res audio quality option, you may be considering jumping ship for its closest competitor, Apple Music, which counts lossless hi-res tracks, mind-bending spatial audio, Dolby Atmos Music tracks, and a catalog that rivals Spotify's among the many attractive reasons to switch.

But there's one problem: you’ve spent a lot of time creating playlists and marking songs and albums as your favorites in Spotify. Is it worth the switch? Will all that hard work be lost in translation?
