How to make sure you aren’t using Facebook email forwarding
If you want to be ahead of the pack, or just want to see if you’re even signed up for automatic forwarding, here’s what to do.
On your Facebook timeline click About, then Contact and Basic Info. Scroll down to Email and then move your cursor to the upper right corner of the email listing section. An edit icon will pop up. Click it. Under your listed email addresses click Add/Remove Emails. When the next page comes up you will see the personal emails you listed, with one checked as your primary mode of contact.
