IFS 2019, as usual for the world's second-largest consumer electronics show, is full of new laptops for buyers to consider. The latest Intel 10th-gen CPUs, faster GPUs, tiny bezels, and real refinements and innovations are on tap. Here, we pick the five best out of a very strong stable of new laptops.
