It’s unclear what the state of the nation is, but when it comes to single life in 2016 in the United States, things clearly aren’t going so well. So if you’re single, and Donald Trump’s promise to make America great again rings true for you, perhaps you should also peruse TrumpSingles.com, the site aiming to do the same for your dating life. That’s right — this new dating site offers “a place where you can find single, like-minded people,” and specifically, like-minded in their affection for the Donald.

The site is the brainchild of 35-year-old David Goss, a Republican who “was hanging out with his conservative friends in February when he came up with the idea,” reports the New York Post. Apparently, he was inspired to create the site because it’s really, really hard to get a date if you espouse support of Trump (which seems confusing given the candidate’s success in the polls). After all, Goss had just learned from a female friend that when she told her date that she’d be casting her ballot for the presumptive Republican nominee, “he got up and left her with the check.” Ouch.

“I think there’s a special stigma when people say they’re supporting Trump, because of some of the brash things that he’s said,” Goss, an associate TV producer based in Santa Clarita, California, told the Post. “That immediately gets [projected] on his supporters, and it makes it hard for them when trying to date.”

Alas, it doesn’t seem as though TrumpSingles is making it all that much easier, as the site has only logged 500 users since it launched in May. But even so, it’s certainly got a leg up on the competition on the other side of the fence — MapleMatch, the site looking to pair anti-Trumpers, or at least those who would prefer not to remain in America if Trump becomes its president, with Canadians — is still collecting names for its wait list (since Trump hasn’t won the election yet).

But hey, everyone deserves a chance at love, and Goss says that his site really is aiding in that process. “At first I was concerned that people would think this was a parody site,” he said. “But people have told me that they’re so happy they can finally go on dates without worrying about political differences.”

Facebook is a great place for sharing photos, videos, and other media with friends and family. But what if you’d like to download a video to store offline? This means you’d be able to watch the clip on your PC or mobile device, without needing to be connected to the internet. Fortunately, there’s a way to download Facebook videos to your everyday gadgets, although it’s not as straightforward a process as it could be.
